Project: Halite.io 2, AI challenge.

Description:

So this is a yearly competition run by Two Sigma.
So far I have compeated in both years they have run this. (which you can see by checking my profile under view Halite 1 profile).

The Aim of the 2017 Halite game was to capture planets and destroy the enemy ships, they start you off with a small starter script and some base code and you can change and improve it any way you like.

I worked on this from October through to January, with my highest ranking being 29th worldwide and I was 1st in Australia for a while.

My final rankings were:
Ranked 160th out of 5832 people.
Ranked 4th in Australia (1st in Victoria).
Ranked 25th in all the C++ bots.
